Heuchera make excellent foliage plants for sun to part shade
gardens. Most flowers are not as impressive as the foliage, but
they do add a second level of interest.Leaves are medium-
sized and change from peach to gold to champagne-gold over
the season and feature a strong white veil overlay. Free-
flowering maroon stems with light peach flowers most of the
season. Protect from hot afternoon sun to prevent leaf scorch.
Alum-root, as its name would indicate, is a powerful astringent
of such intensity as seldom to be administered internally.

Indian Spring hollyhock is an antique English variety which has
been grown since at least the early 1500s, possibly earlier.
These towering highlights of traditional English cottage and
country gardens have 3 to 5 inch blossoms in a range of
colors from white to a medium red. In ideal conditions, they
can grow to 9 feet tall, bringing interest and drama while
drawing the eyes upward. Also excellent as a long lived cut
flower for displays.
Highly attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds. The leaves
are edible either raw or cooked and the flower buds and
petals add color and intrigue as a garnish for salads or fresh
dishes.
